Will my CD sound exactly like my master?
Yes, both of our processes, replication and duplication, are of the highest standard to ensure that you get the best possible results.

Do I get my audio master back?
Yes, you can request to get your audio master back. We recommend that you get two copies from the facility where you had your CD mastered. Most mastering companies automatically give you two for this reason. One to send to the plant for manufacturing and one for you to keep as a back up. It will save you shipping costs and allow the manufacturing plant to keep a copy on hand for future runs of your project.

What if my CD or DVD requires a bar code?
We can provide you with this service. Just leave a space on your design where the bar code should be placed. We will generate and strip the bar code.

What if I am using my own graphic designer?
Our client services advisors are skilled in answering most graphics questions. We also have detailed templates for every job to make submitting artwork as easy as we can.

How can I ensure my art files match my printed product?
Before any job goes to press we will send you PDF proofs. This is your last chance to catch any text or colour glitches and approve the final design.

How come I have an over run?
Over runs are your safety net. When dealing with high volume orders it is always in your best interest to have more rather than less. This covers you in case of shortage or damage. You will only be charged for the exact number of CD's or DVD's you receive.

Can I order an exact quantity?
Yes, we can split your shipment, however you like.

How long will it take to get my CDs?
It depends on if you are replicating or duplicating. If duplicating, usually within a couple of days to a week. Replicating takes a while longer. Things speed up if your art is prepared properly. Typically, if your art files are up to spec, we prep digital proofs for you (Match Print Proofs are available upon request) this usually takes 1-2 days, the actually manufacturing will take anywhere from 7 - 14 days.

How come I need to sign an IPR form?
If your CD or DVD includes music or footage that you did not write or produce, you owe a small licensing fee to the copyright holder. An IPR or Intellectual Property Rights form is basically stating that you own all the copyrights on the disc that you are about to press. If not, you will have to seek out permissions. This includes cover songs. For cover songs it is generally easy to get them licensed, especially if you are running less than 2 500 discs. You can file a request at www.songfile.com or apply for a Compulsary Mechanical License from the CMRRA here in Canada or the Harry Fox Agency in the USA and pay the statutory rate for how many you plan on pressing. Clearing samples is a little trickier. You need to get licenses from the original master's owner.

How come I need to sign a Terms & Conditions form?
This is in place so that you understand the liability involved in making CD's and DVD's and ensures that you are well aware of what is required from you as well as what services we are providing.

Can you guys split-ship for me?
Yes, we can split your shipment, however you like.

Is there an additional charge for split-shipping my order?
Yes, unless the split shipment was included in your quote, there will be additional charges.

Where do I send the Master CD?
Send your masters directly to us and we will take it from there.
